DA(S)PL provides back office functions for all UK Accountancy and Tax services. Doshi Accountants (S) Private Limited (DASPL) is a private limited company registered in Ahmedabad (India) with a Company registration number of U74120GJ2011PTC064646.

How Do I Agree to the Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of DA(S)PL’s Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, when you browse and use the “Site”, you automatically agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your confidential information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Act. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Site or the Services.

What Types of Information Does DA(S)PL Collect From its Users?

Personal Information: We collect Personal Information from our users which can be used to easily identify our users, such as your name, title, company, address, email Id, office and mobile phone numbers.

Non-Personal Information: We collect “non-personal” information from our users which cannot be readily accessed, and is necessary to personally identify our users. Such Non-Personal Information includes types of internet browsers, ISP and operating systems, and IP Addresses.

Site Tracking: This site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to it. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor.

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides.

How and When Does DA(S)PL Collect Personal and Non-Personal Information?

Providing Information to us: When you create a user account (“Account”), we collect Personal and Non-Personal Information required for the Account set up process.

Communications with us: If you communicate with us (through the contact form or others) regarding the Site and our Services, we will collect and retain any information that you provide to us in any such communication(s).

Third Party Links and Social Media Platforms: The Site may offer links to other websites. Other websites have their own terms of use and privacy and security policies. If you choose to visit one of these sites, you should review the policies that govern that particular site.

How Does DA(S)PL Use Personal and Non-Personal Information?

How Does DA(S)PL Protect My Personal Information?

Personal Information: we use only the best, up-to-date methods to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access or disclosure. All Personal Information is transferred from and to our Site using the latest encryption technologies (SSL). Whenever we obtain Personal Information, we use the most suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure such Personal Information. DA(S)PL maintains a secure server (SSL) in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection regulations; however, no computer system is inviolate and we cannot guarantee the absolute security or confidentiality of information transmitted to the Site and you hereby acknowledge and assume the risks relating to any such communication.

How Long Do We Keep the Data?

We are required under DPA/GDPR to keep your data, such as name, address, contact details, ID & other data. We will keep data until requested to destroy or if time has exceeded 6 years

How Can I Make Changes to my Personal Data and/or “Opt Out” From Receiving Promotional Communications?

You have the right to withdraw any consent you’ve given with respect to DA(S)PL’s use of your personal data. Further, you have the right to access your Account data and to modify or delete such Account data in the event your Account data, as stored by DA(S)PL, is incorrect or otherwise unlawful.

We may send you communications or advertising from DA(S)PL regarding our Site and/or Partner Services by electronic mail and/or mail. Should you wish to “opt-out” of receiving communications from us at any time please let us know by sending an email to alpesh@doshioutsourcing.com

What are your Rights?

If at any point you believe retained information is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected and possibly deleted. Providing you with this information is free of charge, but charges may apply for excessive requests.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. Where relevant, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time and this means that we cannot process your data provided without your consent.

Call Recording

Should you ring one of the phone numbers advertised on any DA(S)PL website your calls may be recorded to help us improve our service, to assist us in training, to evidence communication between us and in the interests of security. We also record some of the outgoing calls that we make for the above reasons. You may voluntarily give personal data to enable you to request information from us or provide feedback.
